The problem
Freelancers pile up paper and PDF receipts and only find out how the quarter went when their accountant tells them.
What I built
- PDF and image upload with on-server text recognition (OCR).
- AI proposes each document’s fields — supplier, date, net, VAT, total — and the user reviews them before saving.
- Monthly and quarterly dashboard of income, expenses and VAT.
- An assistant that answers plain-language questions using the account’s own data.

Technical decisions
- Local OCR: documents never leave the server to be read.
- AI never saves anything on its own; there is always human review.
- Strict validation of every extracted field before it reaches the database.
