Invoicing, payments, stock and work orders for a small business, in one place.

The problem
A small service and retail company kept quotes, invoices, payments and inventory in separate tools, with no clear view of what was outstanding.
What I built
- Clients, products, quotes, work orders, delivery notes, purchases and invoices, all connected.
- Partial payments and deposits, linked corrective invoices and bank reconciliation.
- Stock with average or FIFO costing, batches and serial numbers, plus a point of sale for the counter.
- Change auditing and privacy request handling.

Technical decisions
- Issued documents cannot be edited or deleted — enforced by the database itself, not just the app.
- Modular, domain-based architecture ready to grow into a multi-business product.
- Around a hundred test files, including concurrency tests.
Stack
Outcome
In active development. Note: it does not yet issue legally valid invoices and is not connected to the Spanish tax agency (AEAT); current documents are test-only.
